Master Plan Building Program

After five years of praying, planning and dreaming, the Vision and Planning Committee at Sunnyvale Seventh-day Adventist Church finally cut a ribbon, at the finishing of Phase 1 of the Master Plan Building Program. It's amazing to look at how much money has been given in a time of economic recession. It really shows that our hearts and our treasure are in God's Kingdom and His work. It seemed like a terrible time to step out and start this project, but I think some people were just tired of seeing a bucket in the lobby catching drips from the leaky roof. They felt that if we wouldn't tolerate that in our own homes, why would we tolerate it in God's house? So the church stepped out in faith, and people responded. They responded in incredible ways offering whatever they could in the form of funding and
time.
